Distinguishing Characteristics: He wears an eyepatch over his right eye, even when he's asleep. If removed, an intricate star-shaped tattoo around his eye is visible. Also, he has a brand on his back of a strange symbol (if you get close enough to see it, that is...).

Dream Form: Ciel’s biggest secret is the contract between him and Sebastian. In his Dream Form, the tattoo around his eye isn't only visible, it grows over his face as the dream progresses, slowly turning his whole body black. Also, no matter what light source he’s in, his shadow is always visible. This shadow resembles a rather sinister-looking outline of Sebastian holding a scythe.
He can call on the shadow to attack other dreamers--however when he does this, not only does his outer appearance become more heavily inked, he loses his humanity and begins attacking human-looking dreamers at random. He slowly loses control of himself and only focuses on killing. This makes him more vulnerable to injury/breaking of beads. Of course, to make matters worse, it’s fairly easy to tell this grotesque creature is Ciel.
